Yes, a specific therapist can be assigned depending on availability of therapist while guest is on board. If a guest insists on being booked with the special therapist at a certain time. Booking can be waitlisted as well.

Cancellation fees can be added and adjusted to the needs of the clients in MXP Core. Late cancellations or no-shows charges will be charged directly to the guest account in MXP Core.
